Ingredients
- 1 box of basil
- 1/2 bag of spinach
- 1/2 panela cheese wheel
- Mozzarella
- milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 6 pieces of bread
- 3 pecans
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Noodles
Instructions
- Puree the onion, garlic, basil, and spinach in the blender.
- Melt butter in the bot, pour contents of blender and bring to boil.
- In a bowl rip the bread into pieces and add milk.
- Transfer the contents of the bowl, pecans, and cheese to the blender, puree until smooth.
- Once the pot is boiling, add the blended mixture.
- Add salt.
- Cook noodles in a separate pot with a splash of oil. Add 2 bay leaves
- Combine noodles in pot.
